摘　　要：目的总结踝关节骨折应用手术治疗的方法和临床效果。方法回顾104例踝关节骨折手术治疗的临床资料,根据Weber-AO分类A型17例,B型49例,C型38例。应用Olerud-Molander踝关节骨折评分系统评估术后疗效。结果随访6～18个月,平均9个月。根据Olerud-Molander评分系统:优63例,良32例,可8,差1例,优良率91.3%。结论掌握好手术时机,采用正确的手术方法和术后康复,踝关节骨折可以取得满意的疗效;术后踝关节功能与骨折类型、骨折复位程度以及功能锻炼密切相关。Objective To summary the clinical methods and effects of operation for ankle fracture.Methods The clinical data of 104 patients who had been operated for ankle fractures were reviewed.According to Weber-AO classification,17 cases were type A,49 cases were type B and 38 cases were type C.The results were evaluated according to Olerud-Molander scoring system.Results The mean follow-up time was 9 months.According to Olerud-Molander scoring system,the excellent and good rate was 91.3%,63 cases were excellent,32 cases were good,8 cases were fair and 1 case was poor.Conclusion Operation is effective in ankle fracture treatment,good reduction,reliable internal fixation and positive functional training were ensurence of good function.The postoperative function was closely related to the type of the fracture,the degree of reduction and functional exercise.
