CREST综合征前臂及手部皮肤营养不良性钙沉着的手术治疗(附1例报道及文献回顾)

摘　　要：CREST综合征临床诊断并不困难,但由于其发病机制未明,治疗效果并不能令人满意,尤其是皮肤营养不良性钙沉着,一旦破溃形成溃疡后,难以愈合,且易感染,治疗上相当困难,甚至可能需要截除患指。1例之前未被确诊为CREST综合征的患者,手及前臂皮肤营养不良性钙沉着,部分手指皮肤将要破溃,我们在适当的时候给予行手术治疗,取得良好效果。The clinical diagnosis of CREST syndrome is not difficult.Therapeutic efficacy,however,is not satisfactory because the pathogenesis is unknown,especially for skin dystrophic calcinosis.Once the wound is ulcerated,healing is difficult.It is also prone to infection.In some cases,the affected fingers must be amputated.We report 1 patient with previously undiagnosed CREST syndrome who appeared with dystrophic calcinosis of the hand and forearm skin.The part of the finger skin wound that was ulcerated was treated with surgery at the appropriate time,and achieving good results.
