摘　　要：目的　探讨硬膜外阻滞加得普利麻静脉全麻用于上腹部手术的临床效果。方法　对３１例上腹部 手术的患者实施此种麻醉观察其术中的血液动力学变化、术后的不良反应等。结果　该方法诱导迅速、清理完全、 术后不良反应小。结论　硬膜外阻滞加得普利麻静脉全麻是一种较理想的上腹部手术的麻醉方式。Objective To study the clinical effect of epidural block(EB) and general anesthesia(GA) with diprivan applied to upper abdominal operation. Methods Thirty-one cases underwent upper abdominal operation were anesthetized with this method. Their hemodynamics and postoperative side-effect were analysed. Results EB and GA with diprivan had the advantage of rapid inducing,complete awaking and little postoperative side-effect. Conclusion EB and GA with diprivan is a better anesthesia method applied to upper abdominal operation.
