摘　　要：针对建筑材料在施工中存在需求量不确定的问题,在模糊理论和采购模型的基础上,研究建筑材料在模糊需求情况下的最优采购。运用模糊理论描述了建筑材料采购管理中的不确定性,建立了模糊需求和订货费均为模糊参数的建筑材料采购决策模型,利用符号距离法和重心法进行解模糊来优化,确定建筑材料采购的最佳订货周期和最优订货批量。For the problem of uncertain quantity construction materials in the construction process and based on fuzzy theory and purchasing model, this article researched the optimal purchasing of construction mate- rials in the fuzzy demand. By utilizing the fuzzy theory, the paper described uncertainty in construction ma- terials procurement management. Then, this article established construction materials purchasing decision model with quantity demanded and order fee being fuzzy parameters, used symbols distance method and the centre-of-gravity method to optimize the results after defuzzification, and get the best ordering cycle and order quantity.
