摘　　要：追溯社会背景的变迁,结合沈阳的地域特性,研究了我国传统金融建筑向西式近代银行建筑演进的过程,揭示了不同建筑文化背景下,金融建筑平面布局、立面及空间各自的特点,指出了从传统金融建筑向近代银行建筑发展演进的矛盾性及必然性。From the perspective of social historical background changes and Shenyang＇ s geographical char- acteristics, this article studies the evolution process from traditional financial buildings to the western mod- em bank buildings. Then the article reveals the respective characteristics of fiat-screen layout, facades and space of the financial buildings. Lastly, the article points out the contradictory and inevitability of the evo- lution from traditional financial buildings to the western modern bank buildings.
