摘 要:采用将影响因子空间化处理后进行主成分分析的方法,综合考虑社会经济要素及地理区位要素,探讨锦州、葫芦岛、兴城、凌海(简称"锦葫沿海地区")4市的城乡全域沿海地区建设用地扩张的驱动机制。影响锦葫沿海地区建设用地扩展的最主要原因是区位条件,即距离公路、铁路、城镇及河流近的土地更有机会成为建设用地;其次是社会经济要素GDP、地方财政收入和城市化水平;自然地理要素地形、坡度以及人口要素。研究得出的驱动力综合模型可以求出综合主成分值,从而对各地区进行综合评价比较与监控管理,为区域土地管理决策和持续利用提供科学依据。This paper considers synthetically the social economic factors and geographical elements, uses in- fluencing factor spatialization processing by the method of principal component analysis to explore the con- struction land expansion drive mechanism of Huludao, Jinzhou, Xingcheng and Linghai (referred to as Jin- hu coastal area). The conclusions are as follows:Location conditions is the main reason of construction land expansion of Jinhu coastal area, that is the land which near highway, railway, towns and rivers have more opportunities to become construction land, followed by the socio-economic factors (including GDP, revenue of local government and the level of urbanization), elements of physical geography ( such as to- pography, slope) and elements of the population. Driving force of integrated models that this paper conclu- ded can calculate comprehensive principal component value, so as to evaluate the regional comparison and monitoring management, for regional land management decision and provide scientific basis for sustainable utilization.
