摘　　要：基于索赔风险的基本概念和理论,从不同阶段、不同角度和相关人员等方面深入分析了承包商索赔风险的影响因素;建立了一个新的承包商索赔风险因素的评价指标体系;提出了一种采用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)对该评价体系各指标权重进行求解的方法。指标体系及其权重计算方法可以帮助承包商对索赔风险进行更合理的评价,对索赔进行更科学的管理,以尽量减少因索赔不当而造成的损失,有助于承包商在索赔中取得最后成功,维护自身合法利益。The paper firstly analyzes the factors influencing claim risks from different aspects of project sta- ges and related persons based on the basic concepts and theories of claims risk. And then a new evaluation index system of contractor claim risk is established. What＇ s more, the method to calculating the index weights of the evaluation system is presented by using a kind of fuzzy hierarchy process method（FAHP）. The proposed index system and its weight calculation method can provide the basis for claims for contrac- tors carrying out risk management, helping the contractor to realize a successful claim and safeguarding their legitimate fights and interests.
