摘　　要：贝弗里奇报告是人类社会保障发展史上具有里程碑意义的重要文献。贝弗里奇报告关于统一社会保障的思想集中反映在六项原则和二十三项改革方案中。贝弗里奇报告对我国社会保障制度的改革、完善具有重要的借鉴意义。我国社会保障制度的改革应参考、借鉴贝弗里奇报告的基本原理,坚持"公平、差别化、量力而行和尊重历史"等原则,建立统一的养老保险制度、医疗保险制度以及城乡社会救助制度。The Beveridge Report is an important document which sets a milestone in the develop-ment history of the social security system. The idea of a unified social security is mainly reflected in the six principles and 23 reform programs in The Beveridge Report. The report is an important reference for the unity of the social security system in China. The reform of the social security system in our country should draw on the experience of the basic principles of the report and ad- here to such principles as fairness, differentiation, adaptation of ability and adjustment to the real situation, then establish a unity of the pension insurance system, medical insurance system, and, urban and rural social relief system.
