大吨位混凝土锚固区中非线性接触受力分析

摘  要:采用非线性接触单元模拟混凝土锚固区承压面与锚垫板间的关系,分析了不同摩擦系数对接触面的黏结滑移状态、法向压应力、切向剪应力及锚下混凝土拉、压应力分布的影响,并将计算结果与采用束缚连接进行比较。结果表明:采用非线性接触单元时,摩擦系数越大,接触面的滑移区域越小,切向剪应力越大,法向压应力分布越不均匀;锚固区的应力分布规律与采用束缚连接的基本一致,但应力集中更为明显。The nonlinear contact element was made to model the contract surface(CS) between the cushion block and anchorage zone(AZ) of concrete under huge load,and the effects of deferent friction coefficient on the bond slippage,normal pressure stress,tangential shear stress of CS and the stress distribution in AZ were investigated.The comparation was made between the analysis results of the nonlinear contact element mothed and the mode of tie in CS.The results indicated that the region of slip would more decreased,the tangential shear stress would more increased,and the normal pressure stress would more nonuniform in CS with the increasing of friction coefficient;the rule of stress distribution in AZ of the nonlinear contact mothed was almost same as that of the mode of tie,but the stress concentration is more obvious.
