摘  要:对蛇形管换热及相变材料熔化的传热理论进行研究,利用Fluent软件对蓄能过程中蛇形管热交换及相变材料熔化过程进行数值模拟,得出了一套经济合理且能满足项目蓄能要求的设备,制作了实验用的设备并进行实验验证,得出建立的模型是比较合理的。研究表明:自然对流换热对相变材料的熔化过程影响较小。The heat exchange of serpentine tube and heat transfer of phase change material melting was investigated in this paper.The heat exchange of serpentine tube and phase change material melting in the energy storage process were simulated by using Fluent.The device was designed to attain economy and meet the need of energy storage.Based on the theoretic research,experimental equipment was made and conducted a test.The conclusion showed that the model was more reasonable.It concluded that natural heat convection influenced much less on phase change material melting process.
