摘  要:提出了一种基于多端输出第二代电流传输器(MOCCII)的多功能电流模式滤波器的综合设计方法。依靠改变外部输入电流信号的接入数目和方式来实现不同功能的滤波器,而电路内部结构及器件数目保持不变。由该方法导出的滤波器所需元件较少,n阶滤波器仅需n-1个CCCII+、1个MOCCII、n个电阻和n个电容,且所有电容均接地,便于集成且与VLSI工艺兼容。给出了四阶巴特沃斯滤波器的设计实例,PSPICE仿真结果与理论分析相吻合,验证了该方法的可行性。It was presented a general synthesis method for an versatile current mode filter based on MOCCII.Various kinds of filters could be realized just by changing the amount and mode of joining external current signals to the circuit.Internal structure of circuit and amount of elements need not change.The filter has some advantages of fewer components,all the capacitors being grounded.The n-order filters only composed by n-1 CCCII+,one MOCCCII,n resistors and n capacitors.The circuit was integrated conveniently and was compatible with VLSI technology.A fourth-order Butterworth filter is designed.PSPICE simulation result was consistent with the theoretical analysis,and verified the feasibility of this method.
