中药熏洗在足踝部闭合性骨折患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药熏洗对足踝部闭合性骨折早期的消肿效果。方法:随机将90例足踝部闭合性骨折早期患者分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例)。对照组采用抬高患肢、物理治疗及对症处理,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药熏洗。结果:观察组骨折后2周内,消肿效果较对照组明显,两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义。结论:中药熏洗对足踝部闭合性骨折早期具有良好消肿作用,能减轻患肢疼痛。Objective：To investigate detumescence effects of Chinese fumigation and washing on closed fractures of foot and ankle in early stage.Methods：90 early cases of closed fractures of foot and ankle were randomly divided into observation group（n=45） and control group（n=45）.The control group was treated with raising affected limb,physical therapy and symptomatic treatment.The patients of observation group were given Chinese fumigation and washing basing on the control group.Results：The detumescence effects in observation group were more apparent than control group within 2 weeks after fractures.Compared detumescence effects between observation group and control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Chinese fumigation and washing have good detumescence effects on closed fractures of foot and ankle in the early stage,and ease the pain of affected limb.
