临床护理路径在口腔种植患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床护理路径在口腔种植患者中的实施效果,旨在提高护理质量,改善患者心理状况。方法:选取2011年2月～2012年2月在我院进行口腔种植患者84例,按照就诊顺序分为临床路径组和对照组各42例。对照组实施常规护理,临床路径组实施临床护理路径。观察并比较两组患者的种植效果、心理状况及满意度。结果:临床路径组患者的种植成功率与对照组相近,经比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。临床路径组患者的焦虑和抑郁情况低于对照组(P<0.05),患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对口腔种植患者实施临床护理路径能够改善患者的心理状况,提高患者满意度。Objective：To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathways in the oral implant patients,aimed at improving the nursing quality and the patients psychological condition.Methods：84 oral implant patients were treated in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2012 as research object.All patients were randomly divided into clinical nursing pathway group and control group,42 cases in each group.The control group received the routine nursing,clinical pathway group implemented the clinical nursing pathway.The effect,psychological status and satisfaction were observed and compared.Results： Clinical pathway group planting success rate was similar to that in the control group,compared with no statistical significance（P0.05）.Clinical pathway in patients with anxiety and depression were lower than control group（P0.05）,patient satisfaction was higher than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of dental implants in patients with clinical nursing path,can improve the psychological status of patients,improve patient satisfaction.
