摘　　要：目的:在综合医院精神专科实施人文关怀,使护士更好地满足精神病患者不同的护理需求。方法:精神科护理工作者对患者、家属实施人文关怀,对护理人员营造人文关怀的氛围。结果:创造出一个良好的人文环境,融洽了护患关系,提高了患者的满意度。结论:人文关怀能提升优质护理服务品质,赢得患者的信任和尊重,确保病区安全。Objective：It is the objective that makes the nurse better meet the different care needs of psychopath by making the measure of the humanistic care,which is carried out by general hospital spirit college.Methods：In order to create the nice cultural environment,keep the nurse-patient relationship harmonious and improve the patient＇s satisfaction.Results：General hospital spirit college must build the atmosphere of humanistic care for psychiatric nursing workers so that they could pass the humanistic care to the patients and patients＇ relations.Conclusion：The humanistic care aims at promoting the nursing service quality and gaining the trust and respect of patients,thus ensuring the safe of wards.
