摘　　要：目的:了解河南省省级直属机关高级知识分子代谢综合征及相关疾病的状况,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法:资料来源于2011年河南省某省级医院对2043名省级直属机关高级知识分子的健康体检情况,包括测量体重、身高、血压情况,以及检测甘油三酯、胆固醇、空腹血糖、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白等体检结果情况,对高级知识分子代谢综合征患病状况进行描述分析。结果:高级知识分子代谢综合征患病率为15.9%,且患病率随着年龄、体重指数增加而增加,差异显著且具有统计学意义,代谢综合征检出率男性高于女性。结论:河南省级省属机关高级知识分子代谢综合征患病率较高,应加强体育锻炼,降低体重,减少高脂高能食物摄入。Objective ; To investigate the situation of metabolic syndrome and related diseases morbidity among senior intellectuals in Henan Province and provide evidence for formulating appropriate intervention measures. Methods： The research data was the health examination result of the 2043 senior intellectuals of Henan province. The weight, height, blood pressure, triglyceride, cholesterol, fasting blood glucose, high - density lipoprotein cholesterol and low - density lipoprotein cholesterol were measured. Descriptive analysis was used on MS. Results： The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome was 15.9% , and in increased with age and BMI, there was significant difference;the male＇s positive rate of MS was higher than the female＇s. Conclusion ： The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome in senior intellectuals was high. They should make more physical exer- cise to reduce weight and limit high fat food intake to bring down blood pressure and cholesterol.
