武汉市青山区2008-2012年手足口病流行特征及防控对策

摘　　要：目的:分析近年来武汉市青山区手足口病流行特征,探讨手足口病防控对策,为进一步控制手足口病提供科学依据。方法:收集武汉市青山区2008-2012年手足口病病例,对武汉市青山区手足口病发病情况进行描述性研究。结果:2008-2012年武汉市青山区共报告手足口病2691例,2008-2010年发病率逐年上升,2010年为最高,近两年略有下降。手足口病全年发病存在2个高峰:第1个峰值出现在4-6月,占发病总数的49.02%;第2个峰值出现在10-12月,占发病总数的27.24%,与幼托儿童在园时间一致。5岁以下儿童发病例占病例总数的84.73%,其中3岁儿童发病率最高。结论:重点加强5岁以下托幼机构儿童手足口病防控措施,有效预防和控制手足口病暴发流行,降低手足口病的死亡率。Objective ：To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand - foot - mouth disease （HFMD） in Qingshan Distict in recent years, and investigate the control policies of HFMD, then provide evidence for the scientific control strategies. Methods ： The descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the incidence rate of HFMD during the year of 2008 to 2012. Results： A total of 2691 HFMD cases were repor- ted in the QingShan Distict during the year of 2008 to 2012,the incidence rate wae increasing in the year of 2008 to 2010,and the highest one was shown in 2010 ,then followed with slight decreasing in the recent two years. The incidence peak was observed firstly during the April to June in the year,accounted for 49.02% of the total;then was showed during the October to the December,accounted for 27.24% of the total,the time shown in these data were in accordance with the time of children in the kindergarten. Cases whose victims were children under age of 5 accounted 84. 73% of the tofal,and the incidence rate of children aged 3 was the highest. Conclusion： The key point of the complex control measures of HFMD is to strengthen the protect and control implements in the children who are under five years old in nurseries, protect and control the outbreak effectively and then reduce the mortality in children.
