摘　　要：目的:了解湖北省村卫生室基本药物配送现状及存在的问题,提出相关建议。方法:通过对13家基本药物配送企业及16个地区卫生行政人员进行调查,就基本药物配送存在问题及建议获取相关信息。结果:目前湖北省各企业配送距离普遍较远,配送品规和金额差异较大;较多地区未完成配送费用结算制度建设工作,部分地区支付周期较长;多数地区能配送到位,但及时度和配送质量较差。结论:村卫生室基本药物配送目前存在较多问题,应提高基本药物配送效率。Objective：Analyze the status and problems of essential medicine delivery in Hubei village health care. Make recommendations, and further improve the essential medicine delivery mode. Methods： In this study,in -depth interviews and investigations are applied to 13 essential medicine delivery enterprises and 16 health care administrative staff so that we can get specific information about the problems and recommendations for essential medicine delivery. Results： Currently, the distribution distance of delivery enterprises in Hubei is generally far. The specifica- tions and amount of each enterprise are quite different. The constructions of distribution expense settlement system in many regional aren＇t finished yet, and the payment cycle in these places are longer. The distribution of essential medicines in most regional can be distributed in place, but not very in time or with high quality. Conclusion： There are still remains many problems in essential medicine delivery. Measures should be taken to improve the efficiency of essential drug delivery.
