能本管理理论在医院管理中的应用和探讨

摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的到来,医院管理理论也面临着日新月异的挑战。在人本管理理论被人们逐渐接受以后,能本管理理论又应运而生。本文从能本管理理论的立意出发,在借鉴发达国家运用能本管理理论的实践的基础上,提出了公立医院在深入进行医院管理改革中存在的问题,探讨了我国医院在推广和运用能本管理理论的途径和方法,如建立职业经理人制度、落实注册医师多点执业的规定、规范医务人员业余服务和兼职工作等。With the advent of the age of knowledge economy,management theory is also laced with the challenge of the ever - changing. After people- oriented management theory has been accepted step by step,ability- based management came into being. From the peoplc- oriented management theory conception and developed countries using abiiity -based management theory practice,the paper presented the existing, protrlems of management reform in pubtic hospitals and explored the ways and means of our hospital in the promotion and applieation of managenet theory ,for example establishment of professional manager system,implement o; the provisions of registered doctors multi -site practicing and regulation of the medical staff amateur and part-time work,etc.
