多导睡眠监测的护理方法研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨了一套适用于多导睡眠监测的高效护理方法。方法:收集患者心理、生理信息,有针对性地为患者提进行生理、心理护理,创造适宜的监测环境。结果:总体监测护理失败率从普通护理的16.67%下降至改进护理后的4.88%。结论:多导睡眠监测是一项精细的工作,需要有熟练的技术、高度的责任心,也需要我们为患者提供舒适的环境,进行细致的生理、心理护理。The nursing methods of polysomnography play an important role in the successful monitoring.Objective : To explore highly effective nursing methods suitable to polysomnography monitoring.Methods : Creating a comfortable monitoring environment by providing physical and psychological nursing for patients after collecting clinical data on physical and psychological information of patients.Results : The failure rate of monitoring and nursing decreased from16.67% to 4.88%.Conclusion : Polysomnography monitoring is a delicate job,which needs not only skillful nursing,high responsibility and meticulous patience but also requires medical workers to provide a comfortable environment for patients,in which patients can be cared for physically and psychologically and provided with a comfortable monitoring and care.
