肾康冲剂治疗慢性肾衰的实验研究

摘　　要：观察肾康冲剂对腺嘌呤诱导的慢性肾衰大鼠模型的治疗作用及机理。结果表明 :肾康冲剂治疗后 ,实验大鼠Hb、LCT、C3bRR、SOD明显上升 ,与病理对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 0 0 5 ) ;治疗组BuN、SCr、MMS明显下降 ,与病理对照组相比有显著差异 (P <0 0 0 5 ) ;光镜及电镜显示 :治疗组肾组织病理改变较病理组减轻。说明肾康冲剂对腺嘌呤诱导的慢性肾衰治疗作用肯定 ,其机理与改善大鼠营养状况、提高免疫机能有关。The therapeutic action and mechanism of shenkang granule preparation to the big rats model with chronic renal failure(CRF) induced by adenine were detected.After treatment course,the results showed:(1) Shenkang granule preparation(treatment)groups Hb,LCT,C 36 RR,SOD were increased significantly,and obviously different from that of control group ( P <0 005).(2) The shenkang granule preparation reduced the levels of BUN,Scr and MMs,and there was a noticeable difference comparing with the control group ( P <0 005).(3) Pathological changes of the treatment group found by light microscope and electron microscope were slighter than that of the control group.The results suggested that shenkang granule preparation had a definite effect in treating CRF induced by adenine.The pathogenesis was connected with improving nutriture and immunity.
