摘  要:建材供应商选择作为工程供应链管理的重要环节,直接关系到工程项目的质量、工期等目标的实现。从总承包商的视角对建材供应商进行细分,选取战略伙伴型建材供应商为研究对象;根据工程项目的生产不均衡性和相关文献的分析,构建了一套能反映工程设计变更、赶工要求、合作稳定性、交易费用等影响因素的战略伙伴型建材供应商评价指标体系;鉴于指标间存在相互影响与制约关系,选用网络层次分析法确定指标权重,考虑到此方法主观性强,用逼近理想解排序法加以改进,建立了评价模型;以战略伙伴型商品混凝土供应商的选择为实例进行分析,结果表明该模型是可行的,进而为总承包商选择战略伙伴型建材供应商提供了一种决策方法。The selection of building material supplier is the important part of construction supply chain management, and affects directly the realization of project goals, such as quality, duration, etc. From the perspective of the general contractor, subdivided building material suppliers, selected strategic partnership-type building material supplier as research object. According to constuction project production imbalance and related literature analysis, designed the strategic partnership-type building material supplier evaluation index system which could reflect design alteration, rush-work demand, cooperation stability, transaction costs and other affecting factors. Network Process (ANP) was used to determine weights because of the mutual influence and restriction of the indexes. Considering the subjective dependence of ANP is strong, used Techique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to make better to establish the evaluation model. Finally, used the model successfully to select the stragic partnership-type commercial concrete supplier, and provided a decision-making method for general contractors.
