摘　　要：建立了导弹打击方案评估的费用及效能评估指标。针对导弹打击方案评估问题属于多输入多输出,且输入输出指标量纲不一致的特点,运用DEA方法建立了打击方案相对有效性的评估模型。该模型避免了输入和输出指标间的相互制约,具有内在客观性,能够为导弹打击方案的优选提供科学准确的依据。The cost and performance indicators of fire attacking are built at this paper. As the damage assessment with missiles is schemes with conventional missiles a muhiple -input-muhiple -output problem,of which the indexes and dimensions are inconsistent,a relative efficiency assessing model of attacking schemes is built based on DEA （Data Envelopment Analysis） method. The model can overcome the mutual constrains between input and output indexes, so it has the inherent objectivity, and can apply to the optimization of fire attacking schemes with missiles properly.
