摘　　要：本文从北京率先形成城乡一体化新格局的历史新阶段出发,探索下一步深化农村产权制度改革的方向和重点。分析了探索集体经济有效实现形式的基础条件、重大意义、基本类型、面临问题,并从产权社会化角度提出了探索集体经济有效实现形式的总体思路及政策建议。Beijing took the lead to form a new pattern of urban-rural integration in a new historical stage, this paper explore the direction and focus of the next step to deepen reform of rural property rights system. This paper has analyzed the exploration of collective economic effective realization forms＇ basic conditions, significance, basic types, and problems. And then puts forward the general idea and policy recommendations on exploring effective realization form of collective economy under the perspective of social equity
