摘　　要：根据助学金项目在高校中的申请流程和特点,设计开发了一套基于B/S体系结构的助学金管理系统,实现了信息化、科学化管理。分析了系统开发的意义和必要性,对系统设计和实现进行了详细介绍。According to the application procedure and features of grant-in-aid programs in colleges and universities, our college developed a set of grant-in-aid Management System based on B/S structure, informationizing and scientizing the management. This text analyzed the significance and necessity of system development and made a presentation to system design and implementation in detail.
