摘　　要：机床PLC控制系统需要控制的器件纷繁复杂,众多线缆的接线工作很繁重,控制柜、分线盒和线槽等需要的布线空间也很大,各种线缆纵横交错,差乱无序,维修起来的难度可想而知,分布式I/O系统的使用解决了这个难题。The devices controlled by PLC control system of machine tool are complex.The work of wiring many cables is burdensome.It needs much wiring space for control cabinet,distribution box and wire slot. All cables are arranged in a crisscross pattern,poor disorder.So maintenance difficulty can be imagined.The use of a distributed I/O system can solve this difficult problem.
