摘　　要：大学生就业是实现个人发展和社会进步的关键,而医学生因其学科的专业化程度高、就业流向相对单一凸显就业难。从医学专科生技能型就业能力与提高型就业能力两个维度进行探讨,通过加强实践技能锻炼、提高职业成熟度、完善临床实习管理,提升医学生综合就业能力。University students＇ employment is the key to realization of individual development and social progress, and medical students as its discipline specialized degree is high, the employment to relatively single highlight difficult employment. In this paper, the author discusses from the two dimensions both the medical students skilled employment and improved employment ability, by strengthening practice skill training, improving their vocational maturity, the management of clinical practice and medical students＇ comprehensive employment ability.
