茶毛虫皮炎爆发流行影响因素分析

摘　　要：为查清２．８３万皮炎病人爆发流行的病因，采用整群随机抽样法进行调查，观察和比较不同人群皮炎罹患率的变化，揭示其流行特征。结果显示皮炎发病高峰与小米山茶场茶毛虫幼虫发生高峰相一致，离茶场距离越近皮炎罹患率越高，处于下风向的人群皮炎罹患率大于上风向，皮肤暴露程度高的人群皮炎罹患率高，上述差异均有显著性。表明此次爆发流行的皮炎为茶毛虫皮炎。To find out the causes of 28. 3 thousand dermatitis outbreak. A cluster random sampling was conducted to investigate, observe and compare the dermatitis prevalence in different groups. It indicated that dermatitis prevalence share the same peak with period of the tea caterpillar larva in Xiaomi mountain tea plantation. Besides, the nearer the tea plantation, the higher dermatitis incidence; the more exposure of the people' s skin, the higher dermatitis incidence. The prevalence is higher on the lower wind than that of wind ward direction All above mentioned that there were statistical significance difference.
