摘  要:采用Realizable k-ε湍流模型和离散颗粒随机轨道模型,对东方电厂某300MW四角切圆锅炉炉内的气固两相流动特性进行了不同负荷的数值研究。采用非交错网格的SIMPLE差分格式对流场进行求解,得出不同工况下的速度场和颗粒质量浓度场分布,通过对比分析,发现工况二速度场和颗粒质量浓度场分布较为合理。Realizable k-εturbulence model and the discrete particle random track model were adopted to simulation the gas-solid flow characteristics under different load values in a 300MW tangentially boiler furnace in Oriental Power Plants.The flow field was solved by non-staggered grid SIMPLE difference scheme and the velocity field and the particle concentration field distribution under different operating conditions were obtained.It is found that the velocity field and particle concentration field distribution of second condition are more reasonable through comparative analysis.This study has provided an important guiding significance for the high efficiency operation and modification for the boiler.
