摘　　要：目的:调查我院抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动前后的使用情况,以期为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法:采用回顾性调查法,对专项整治前后(2011年4月-2012年6月)我院抗菌药物使用的基本情况、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行分析。结果:我院实行抗菌药物专项点评后,抗菌药物用药金额、DDDs、抗菌药物使用强度等均有所下降,除部分指标外,大部分指标已下降至控制目标。结论:专项整治活动效果显著,我院抗菌药物临床应用在专项整治活动后更加规范。Objective： To investigate the clinical application of antibacterials in our hospital before and after the special rectification activity so as to provide a reference for the clinical rational drug use. Methods： A retrospective investigation was conducted to analyze the basic situation of the application , the consumption sum and DDDs of antibacterials before and after the special rectification activity （from April of 2011 to June of 2012）. Results： After the special rectification activity, the consumption sum, DDDs and the intensity of use of antibacterial agents all decreased, and most of indexes reached to the control level. Conclusion： Significant effects of the special rectification activity were showed. The clinical use of antibacterials was more standardized after the special rectification activity.
