摘　　要：目的:观察枕骨脉放血配合拔罐治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法:收集门诊或住院的颈性眩晕患者62例,随机分为两组,治疗组用三棱针在双侧枕骨脉点刺后立即在此部位加真空拔罐给予负压治疗,同时配合口服蒙药治疗。对照组口服甲磺酸倍他司汀片。结果:治疗组的治愈率及总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:枕骨脉放血配合拔罐治疗颈性眩晕疗效确切,是治疗颈性眩晕的一种较好的自然疗法。This study was aimed to observe curative effect on the treatment of cervical vertigo with bloodletting therapy and cupping therapy on the occipital vein.A total of 62 cervical vertigo cases were enrolled from both the outpatient department and inpatient department and were randomly divided into two groups.In the treatment group,vacuum cup was applied as soon as the occipital veins of both sides were pricked with the three-edged needle.Mongolian drugs were administered orally in combination.In the control group,methanesulfonic acid betahistine tablet was administered orally.The results showed that both the cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group are higher than that of the control group（P ＆lt; 0.05）.And there is statistical difference.It was concluded that the curative effect on cervical vertigo of bloodletting combined with cupping therapy on occipital vein is certain and it has become a better natural therapy in the treatment of cervical vertigo patients.
