摘 要:采用溶液聚合及相反转工艺合成了水稀释性丙烯酸树脂,利用氮丙啶和3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷(KH-578)分别对其进行了室温交联改性。探讨了溶液聚合的主要影响因素及氮丙啶与KH-578用量对树脂涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,当过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)用量分别为m(BPO)/m(单体)=3/100和m(MAA)/m(单体)=8/100~10/100、溶剂/单体和异丙醇/乙二醇丁醚质量比分别为0.7/1和3/1时,聚合反应稳定,单体转化率较高,树脂水稀释性较好。当氮丙啶和KH-578与树脂中羧基质量比分别为3/1和4/1时,交联后的涂膜性能优良。Water reducible acrylic resin was synthesized by solution polymerization and phase inversion technique, and crosslinked with aziridine and 3-glycidoxypropylmethyl-diethoxysilane(KH-578) at ambient temperature. The main influencing factors of the polymerization and the effect of aziridine as well as KH-578 content on the properties of films were investigated. The results indicate that the solution polymerization is stable, monomers conversion is high, and the resin can be diluted by water easily when benzoyl peroxide(BPO) and methacrylic acid(MAA) contents are m (BPO)/m (monomers) = 3/100 and m (MAA)/m (monomers) = 8/100 -10/100, the mass ratios of solvent/ monomers and isopropanol/ethylene glycol butyl ether are 0.7/1 as well as 3/1, respectively. After crosslinking, the properties of films are excellent when the mass ratios of aziridine/COOH and KH-578/COOH are 3/1 and 4/1, respectively.
