摘  要:将红外衰减全反射法(ATR-FT-IR)和图谱差示法用于橡胶产品的材质和故障分析。在对橡胶产品进行材质分析时,虽然AIR-FT-IR法可无损地直接检测样品,但在所采集的红外光谱图中常含有各种有机和无机添加剂的谱峰,这给橡胶制品的材质分析带来了困难。对所测样品的表面分别用有机溶剂和无机酸处理可排除它们的干扰,最终表明,所分析橡胶产品的成分分别是聚氯乙烯(PVC)和苯乙烯-氢化丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS);对存在故障的橡胶产品可采用图谱差示法求出引起故障原因的物质的红外光谱,对于本次分析的样品故障而言,它们分别是抗氧剂和阻燃剂使用不当所致。Fourier transform attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FT-IR) and spectral subtraction were applied in analyzing component and flaw of rubber products. But their ATR spectrogram often contains the IR peaks of additives, so it brings difficulties to analysis of rubber components. After processing the sample with organic solvent and inorganic acid, the surface additives can be cleared. The results show that the compositions of the rubber products include polyvinylchloride(PVC) and styrene- hydrogenated butadiene-styrene copolymer (SEBS). Flaw of rubber was analyzed using the spectral subtraction. In this work, flaw of white spots on rubber surface is due to exudation of the antioxidant and flame retardants. Therefore, the ATR-FT-IR is a very convenient, fast and non-destructive method to analyze polymer materials.
