摘　　要：研究中小企业成长特征以及影响因素,选取12个能够客观评价中小企业成长性的指标,构建了中小企业成长性评价指标层次结构,通过层次分析法对中小企业成长性评价指标进行权重确定和一致性检验,利用河南省部分中小企业上市公司财务数据进行实证研究,并对评价结果进行进一步分析比较。In the study of growth characteristic and index of small and medium - sized enterprise, the twelve growth indexes of small and medium - sized enterprise are selected and hierarchical structure of evaluation indexes is established. By AHP method, the index synthetic weight is calculated through consistency checks. Some of the small and medium - sized enterprises are researched which are from Shanghai ＆ Shenzhen stock market; the evaluation result is analyzed and compared by different aspects.
