摘　　要：20世纪中期以来,发达国家和国内发达地区在制定、实施知识产权战略方面的成功经验无疑对黄河三角洲高效生态经济区发展具有一定的借鉴意义。黄河三角洲高效生态经济区应通过实施知识产权战略促进本区域经济发展、生态改善目标的实现。在调查、分析黄河三角洲高效生态经济区知识产权创造、运用、保护、管理状况的基础上,就黄河三角洲高效生态经济区知识产权创造战略、运用战略、保护战略、管理战略以及人才战略的制定、实施进行了较全面论述。Since the middle of the twentieth century, due to the fact that the United States, Japan, Korea had implemented of intellectual property strategy successfully, these national economy had developed rapidly, and they are world leaders for a long time. The Yangtze River Delta and The Pearl River Deha economy have been developed fast and high quality links to implement of intellectual property strategy. It has a certain significance of successful experience about developed countries and domestic flourishing districts for developing and implementing intellectual property strategy to The Yellow River Delta efficient ecological economic zone. The Yellow River Delta efficient ecological economic zone must get goals of economic development and eco - environmental improvement through the implementation of intellectual property strategy. On the basis of investigation, analysis about the states of IPR creation, application, protection, management of The Yellow River Delta efficient ecological economic zone , the author discusses strategy of creating intellectual property, strategy of applying intellectual property, strategy of managing intellectual property, and strategy of protecting intellectual property of The Yellow River Delta efficient ecological economic zone.
