摘　　要：基于2008年全国经济普查数据,从企业技术效率优化的视角,运用随机前沿分析方法实证分析了我国服务业外资(SFDI)利用的经济效应。此外,依据企业规模把整个样本划分为大型、中型、小型和微型企业四个子样本,分别考察SFDI利用等因素对企业技术效率提升的具体影响。实证结果表明,尽管SFDI利用整体上对企业技术效率有不利影响,但对中小型服务业企业来说,SFDI利用却显著有利于技术效率优化。Based on data of the national economic census in 2008, this principal aims to measure the economic ef- fect of the utilization of SFDI in China＇s service industry with the viewpoint of firm＇s technical efficiency by us- ing the stochastic frontier analysis. Furthermore, according to the firm scale, this paper divides the whole sample into four sub-samples, i.e., large, medium, small and micro, and then analyzes the impact of SFDI utilization in different sub-samples. The empirical results show that the SFDI plays a negative role to the improvement of tech- nical efficiency, but it can significantly promotes the growth of technical efficiency in small and medium sub-sam- pies
