江苏省靖江市2004～2011年艾滋病流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解2004～2011年靖江市艾滋病流行状况,为制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法分析靖江市2004～2011年艾滋病疫情报告、哨点监测、医疗卫生机构艾滋病检测以及流行病学专题调查资料。结果至2011年底,靖江市累计报告HIV感染者32例,AIDS病人11例,发现数占总人口的6.45/10万。其中20～49岁的青壮年占83.72%,异性接触和男男性接触分别占69.77%和20.93%。阳性样本来源于医院常规检测和自愿咨询检测(VCT)的分别占39.5%和34.9%。不同来源的样本中,来自VCT的检出率最高,77.8%的男男性接触传播病例是通过VCT发现的。结论靖江市是艾滋病低流行区,以异性接触和男男性接触为主要传播途径,应当通过多种形式开展对大众人群的预防艾滋病经性接触传播的教育。VCT是发现病例尤其是男男性接触传播病例的重要手段。OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemic characteristics of HIV / AIDS from 2004 to 2011 in Jingjiang and to provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategy. METHODS Data from case reported, sentinel surveillance, routine surveillance in health institutions and epidemiology studies was collected and analyzed. RESULTS The cumulative number reported with HIV was 32 in Jingjiang by the end of 2011, 11 of them were AIDS patients which made up 6.45 / 100 000 of total population. The ratio of the cases aged from 20 to 49 was 83.72%. Heterosexual and male homosexual transmission of infection accounted for 69.77% and 20.93% respectively. Positive samples from hospital regular check and voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） accounted for 39.5% and 34.9% respectively. The highest positive detection rate was from VCT and 77.8% male sexual transmitted HIV cases were found by VCT. CONCLUSIONS The present prevalence rate of HIV / AIDS is low in Jingjang. The major transmission route is heterosexual and male homosexual transmission. Effective strategies should be focused on the general population of AIDS education. VCT is one of the most important measures to catch HIV positive cases among male homosexual population.
