新疆大枣汁对放疗小鼠血象、骨髓、胸腺及脾脏的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨新疆大枣对放疗小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 ICR小鼠50只,随机分为5组,分别为正常对照组、模型组、高剂量组(100%浓缩大枣汁)、中剂量组(50%浓缩大枣汁)和低剂量组(25%浓缩大枣汁),给小鼠灌服大枣汁10d后,除正常对照组外其余组在直线加速器下进行照射,剂量为4Gy,再连续灌服大枣汁5d后,检测外周血象、骨髓有核细胞数及胸腺指数、脾脏指数并观察脾脏和胸腺的组织形态。结果新疆大枣汁可明显提高放疗小鼠外周血WBC和PLT数、HGB含量、骨髓有核细胞数以及脾脏和胸腺的脏器指数。结论新疆大枣对放疗小鼠免疫功能有保护作用。OBJECTIVE To study the influence of Xinjiang jujube juice on immune function of mice treated with radiation. METHODS 50 ICR mice were randomly divided into 5 groups： normal control group, model group, high dose group （100% concentrated jujube juice）, medium dose group （50% concentrated jujube juice）, and low dose group （25% of concentrated jujube juice） . After exposed to jujube juice for ten days, the mice were radiated by linear accelerator at a dose of 4 Gy, except the normal control group. Then the mice were administered with jujube juice in 5 consecutive days. At last the peripheral blood, bone marrow nucleated cells, thymus index, spleen index and histology change of spleen and thymus were tested. RESULTS Jujube juice of Xinjiang could significantly increase the number of RBC, HGB and WBC in peripheral blood, bone marrow nucleated cells, and organ index of the mice undergoing radiotherapy. CONCLUSIONS Xinjiang jujube juice can enhance immune function of mice undergoing radiotherapy.
