一种复方含氯消毒剂实验室杀菌效果观察

摘　　要：目的了解一种复方含氯消毒剂的杀菌效果与腐蚀性,进行悬液定量杀菌试验与金属腐蚀试验。方法用卫生部卫生与法规监督司的消毒技术规范进行检验。结果以含有效氯2000mg/L溶液作用45min或1500mg/L溶液作用60min,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率均为100%;以含有效氯300mg/L溶液15min或200mg/L溶液作用20min,对悬液中金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率均为100%;以含有效氯300mg/L溶液15min或100mg/L溶液作用20min,对悬液中大肠杆菌杀灭率均为100%。结论将该消毒剂于54℃放置14d,有效氯含量下降率为7.3%;该剂为杀菌效果、稳定性较好的消毒剂。OBJECTIVE To understand the bactericidal effect and corrosivity of a compound of chlorine disinfectants and conduct the suspension quantitative bactericidal test as well as metal corrosion test. METHODS The test was conducted according to the ministry of health and regulatory oversight division disinfection technology specifications. RESULTS The available chlorine content of 2 000 mg / L solution for 45min or 1 500 mg / L solution for 60min, the killing rate of Spores of Bacillus subtilis var. was 100%. The available chlorine content 300mg / L solution for 15 min or 200mg / L solution for 20min, the suspension of Staphylococcus aureus kill rate was 100%. The available chlorine content 300mg / L solution for 15 min or 100 mg / L solution for 20min, the suspension of E. coli kill rate was 100%. CONCLUSION The disinfectant placed 54t for 14d, the chlorine content of decline is 7.3% and the agent is a disinfectant which has bactericidal effect and good stability characters.
