摘 要:目的深入了解本科临床医学专业流行病学课程学习情况,有针对性地进行流行病学课程教学改革。方法随机抽取200名临床专业本科生就流行病学课程相关问题开展问卷调查,并进行统计分析,针对主要问题,提出相应的改进措施。结果共发放200份调查问卷,有效问卷196份,有效率98%。仅37.8%的学生喜欢流行病学课程,25.0%的学生重视流行病学课程,17.3%的学生能当堂听懂流行病学内容的80%以上,经常做到课前预习占3.1%,平时复习占14.8%,对预习、复习和当堂听懂情况进行秩相关分析存在着正相关关系(rs=0.219,P﹤0.01;rs=0.147,P﹤0.05)。结论临床专业本科生对流行病学课程喜欢和重视不够,课前预习与课后复习较少,学习难度较大。建议教师要重视第一堂绪论课,激发学习兴趣;理论联系实际,优化教学内容;改革传统教学模式,尝试合分式教学模式。OBJECTIVE To understand Epidemiology study situation in clinical medicine undergraduates and to provide the basis for reforming Epidemiology teaching. METHODS 200 clinical medicine undergraduates were randomly chosen and investigated for the problems related to Epidemiology. Some corresponding measures were made in view of the main problems after statistical analysis. RESULTS 200 survey questionnaires were finished, 196 of them were qualified and the effective rate was 98%. Only 37.8% of the students liked epidemiological course, 25.0% of students paid attention to Epidemiology, 17.3% of students could understand the content of the Epidemiology course above 80% , 3.1% of students often previewed before the class, 14.8% of students often reviewed and further analysis found that there existed the positive relations between preview and understanding situation (rs = 0.219, P ﹤ 0.01) as well as review and understanding situation (rs = 0.147, P ﹤ 0.05). CONCLUSIONS Clinical medicine undergraduates show insufficient fancy and attention to Epidemiology insufficiently , the preview and review are not qualified so Epidemiology learning is difficult. It suggests that teachers should pay more attention to the Epidemiology introduction to stimulate the students’ interest, optimize the teaching content and change the traditional teaching mode to close-fraction teaching mode.
