摘　　要：欧盟治理的拓展为欧华联会的治理参与创造了宏观背景与路径。成立20年来,欧华联会在制度建设、政治参与、经济合作、公共外交、文化交流、次区域治理合作等方面积极参与欧盟及其成员国治理合作,对促进欧洲华侨华人社会的发展产生了积极影响。随着欧盟次国家治理的发展以及欧华联会治理能力的不断提升,其参与程度和治理成效更加值得期待。The expanding of the EU＇s governance offered a macro-background and paths for the participation of the European Federation of Chinese Organization. In the 20 years since its establishment, the European Federation of Chinese Organization has been actively participating in the governance of the EU and its member states in the fields of constitutional construction, political participation, economic cooperation, public diplomacy, cultural communica- tion and sub-regional governance cooperation, which promoted the development of the European Chinese society. With the improvement of the EU＇s sub-nations＇ governance and the advancement of its governance capability, the European Federation of Chinese Organization wiil have a bright future.
