锦带花体内抗流感病毒有效部位研究

摘　　要：目的:研究锦带花有效部位在体内抗流感病毒的作用。方法:建立在体流感病毒感染小鼠肺炎模型,通过观察小鼠肺部病变程度及指标,测定肺组织内流感病毒血凝滴度,判定锦带花各有效部位对小鼠肺炎的治疗作用。结果:口服锦带花乙酸乙酯提取物、正丁醇提取物及乙醇提取物能明显减轻小鼠肺组织病变程度,对肺组织内病毒的增殖有明显抑制作用,其中,乙酸乙酯提取物效果最为显著。结论:锦带花乙酸乙酯提取物、正丁醇提取物及乙醇提取物均具有良好的抗甲型流感病毒的作用,其中乙酸乙酯提取物效果最为显著,且呈剂量效应关系。Objective：To investigate the antiviral effect of active component of Weigela florida on influenza virus H1N1 in vivo.Methods：Influenza virus infection mouse pneumonitis model was established,and pulmonary pathological changes and pulmonary virus hemagglutination titers of the mice were examined for the assessment of the anti-influenza activity of the active component in vivo.Results：Oral use of the extract of ethyl acetate,n-butyl alcohol,ethyl alcohol of weigela florida significantly reduced the pulmonary pathological changes,and inhibited the proliferation of pulmonary virus,especially the extract of ethyl acetate of weigela florida.Conclusion：The extract of ethyl acetate,n-butyl alcohol,ethyl alcohol of weigela florida have antiviral activity by inhibiting replication of influenza virus A/H1N1 in vivo in a dose-dependent manner,especially the extract of ethyl acetate of Weigela florida.
