葛根芩连汤药效组分抗腹泻药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:验证葛根芩连汤药效组分抗腹泻的主要药效。方法:在胃排空和小肠推进试验中,以小鼠胃残留率和小肠推进率为指标;在番泻叶所致小鼠腹泻试验中,以腹泻指数为指标,考察葛根芩连汤药效组分抗腹泻作用。结果:在胃排空和小肠推进试验中,葛根芩连汤及其药效组分高、中、低剂量组与阴性对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。在番泻叶所致小鼠腹泻试验中,葛根芩连汤组及其药效组分高、中、低剂量组与阴性对照组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:葛根芩连汤药效组分具有较好的抗腹泻作用。Objective：To verify the anti-diarrhea effect of active components alignment in Gengen Qinlian Decoction.Methods：In the experiments of stomach depletion and small intestine peristalsis,mice stomach remain rate and small intestine boost rate were as an indicator.In the experiments,mice diarrhea was induced by senna,diarrhea exponents was an indicator for examining the role of anti-diarrhea of the active compositions alignment in Gengen Qinlian Decoction.Results：In the experiments of stomach depletion and small intestine peristalsis,comparing with the control group,there was significant difference among the Gengen Qinlian Decoction group,the low-dose group,the medium-dose group and the high-dose group of active compositions alignment（P0.05）.In the experiments of mice diarrhea induced by senna,comparing with the control group,there was extremely significant difference among the Gengen Qinlian Decoction group,the low-dose group,the medium-dose group and the high-dose group of active compositions alignment（P0.01）.Conclusion：The active compositions alignment in Gengen Qinlian Decoction has a good effect of anti-diarrhea.
