摘　　要：目的:观察拨针联合银质针导热疗法治疗腰骶臀部顽固性软组织损害性疼痛的临床效果。方法:选取患者110例,随机分为两组,对照组单纯采用银质针导热疗法治疗,治疗组采用拨针联合银质针导热疗法治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:拨针联合银质针导热疗法治疗腰骶臀部顽固性软组织损害性疼痛,临床疗效明显优于单纯采用银质针导热疗法(P<0.05)。结论:拨针联合银质针导热疗法治疗腰骶臀部顽固性软组织损害性疼痛能够明显提高临床痊愈率,有较好的临床使用价值。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of therapy of poke needle combination with thermal conductivity of silver needle to treat damaging pains of refractory soft tissue on lumbosacral hips.Methods：110 patients were randomized into two groups.The control group only adopted the thermal conductivity of silver needle therapy;the treatment group used therapy of poke needle combination with thermal conductivity of silver needle.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results：The clinical efficacy on poke needle combination with thermal conductivity of silver needle therapy to treat on refractory soft tissue pain on lumbosacral hips was significantly superior to the effect of only using the thermal conductivity of silver needle therapy（P0.05）.Conclusion：Therapy of poke needle combination with thermal conductivity of silver needle to treat damaging pains of refractory soft tissue on lumbosacral hips can significantly improve clinical curing rate and has clinical value in use.
