内关及其常见配伍的针刺病谱研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨内关及其配伍的针刺病谱,为临床选穴组方提供参考。方法:搜集、整理针刺内关现代文献,通过文献比例、疾病比例对内关及其常见配伍的针刺病谱进行分析。结果:内关针刺病谱主要分布于脾胃系和心系;单穴内关针刺病谱中冠心病文献比例最高;内关配伍足三里针刺病谱中呃逆文献比例最高;内关配伍三阴交针刺病谱中焦虑抑郁文献比例较高。结论:内关主治"胃""心"疾病;单穴内关治疗冠心病、内关配伍足三里治疗呃逆、内关配伍三阴交治疗焦虑抑郁具有潜在优势。Objective：To investigate the disease spectrums of puncturing PC-6 and its compatibility so as to discover potentially beneficial disease presenting as reference for the clinic.Methods：After data collection and classification,the disease spectrums of puncturing PC-6 and its compatibility were analyzed by literature proportion and disease proportion.Results：Disease spectrum of puncturing PC-6 was mainly distributed in system of spleen and stomach and heart.Coronary heart disease and hiccup were respectively on top of puncturing single PC-6 disease spectrum and PC-6 combined with ST 36 disease spectrum.Anxiety and depression located highly on disease spectrum of puncturing PC-6 combined with SP-6.Conclusion：PC-6 is mainly used in spleen and stomach and heart disease.Single PC-6,PC-6 combined with ST-36,PC-6 combined with SP-6 are most potentially beneficial to coronary disease,hiccup and anxiety and depression respectively.
