摘  要:目的:运用血清药理学方法观察班氏促卵助孕汤对人卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡的影响。方法:向预培养24 h的人卵巢颗粒细胞中分别加入10%空白血清(对照组)、班氏促卵助孕汤含药血清(高、中、低剂量组),48 h后应用流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡情况。结果:空白对照组的人卵巢颗粒细胞的凋亡率高于低、中、高3组班氏促卵助孕汤含药血清,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:班氏促卵助孕汤含药血清能明显抑制卵巢颗粒细胞的凋亡,可能是班氏促卵助孕汤调节卵巢功能的机制之一。Objective : The study was undertaken to observe the effect of human ovarian granulsa cell apoptosis by different con- centrations of serum containing Banshi Culuan Zuyun Decoction. Methods : According to the serum pharmacological method, the high ,medium and low concentrations serum containing Banshi Ctduan Zuyun Decoction were prepared. The human ovarian granu- losa cells were collected from the patients and were incubated for 24 hours. The flow cytometry was used to detect granulosa cell apoptosis after they were incubated for 48 hours. Results : Flow cytometry experiments showed that human ovarian granulosa cell ap- optosis in the control group was significantly higher than that in the low, medium, and high concentration groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). Con- clusion:Serum containing Banshi Culuan Zuyun Decoction could effectively inhibit granulosa cells apoptosis, which showed that Banshi Zuyun Decoction may regulate functions of granulosa ce^ls by inhibiting their apoptosis.
