摘  要:目的:采用近红外光谱法对温郁金中吉马酮含量进行快速测定。方法:以高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析值作为参照,采用傅里叶变换近红外漫反射光谱技术采集温郁金的近红外光谱,结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立吉马酮含量的快速测定方法。结果:吉马酮校正模型的相关系数(r)、校正均方差(RM-SEC)、内部验证均方差(RMSEP)分别为0.998 65,0.006 91,0.002 41。经外部验证,预测值与实测值的相关系数达0.999 4。结论:该方法准确、快速、简便,可实现大批量样品的快速分析。Objective:To establish a near-infrared quantitative method for rapid determination of germa- crone content in Curcuma wenyujin Y.H. Chen et C. Ling. Methods:Near-infrared diffuse reference spectroscopy technology was adopted to collect NIR spectra of Curcuma wenyujin Y.H. Chen et C. Ling with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) analysis values as the reference. The rapid determination method of germaerone was established with partial least squares ( PLS). Results : The correlation coefficient, root-mean-square error of calibra- tion (RMSEC) and root-mean-square error of validation (RMSEP) of the calibration model for germacrone were 0. 998 65,0.006 91 and 0. 002 41 ,respectively;the correlation coefficient of the true values and prediction values from external validation was 0. 999 4. Conclusion :The method is accurate,rapid and simple,which can be applied for the rapid determination of large quantities of samples.
