摘 要:通过中试考察了ASBBR-SBBR(厌氧序批式生物膜反应器-序批式生物膜反应器)组合工艺处理高盐度(70 g/L,Cl-计)高有机浓度的榨菜腌制废水的预处理效能。结果表明,在冬季(5-10℃)、春秋季(10-20℃)、夏季(20-30℃),ASBBR反应器负荷分别为1.5kgCOD/(m^3·d)、3.0 kgCOD/(m^3·d)及5.0 kgCOD/(m^3·d),对应组合SBBR反应器负荷分别为3 kgCOD/(m^3·d)、1.5 kgCOD/(m^3·d)及1.0kgCOD/(m^3·d)条件下运行,出水COD为390-470 mg/L,SS为275-334mg/L,均能稳定达到GB8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》三级排放标准。ASBBR和SBBR反应器冬季的COD平均去除率分别为54.79%和89.10%,COD分担率分别为59.7%和40.3%;夏季COD平均去除率分别为90.26%和74.44%,COD分担率分别为92.6%和7.4%。The paper is inclined to present the results of our pilot plant testing of ASBBR-SBBR for hypersaline mustard tuber sewage treatment.For our research purpose,we have surveyed the effect of pre-treating sewage with high organic concentration by means of anaerobic sequencing batch biofilm reactor and sequencing batch biofilm reactor(ASBBR-SBBR for short) combined technique.The pilot test results have shown that when the volume load of ASBBR is controlled at 1.5 kgCOD/(m^3·d) in winter(5-10 ℃),3.0 kgCOD/(m^3·d) in spring and fall(at the temperature of 10-20 ℃) and 5.0 kgCOD/(m^3·d) in summer(at the temperature of 20-30 ℃),the volume load of SBBR proves to be in correspondence with 3.0 kgCOD/(m^3·d),1.5 kgCOD/(m^3·d) and 1.0 kgCOD/(m^3·d),the effluent COD and SS concentration of 390-470 mg/L and 275-334 mg/L,which can be said to meet the demands of the 3rd grade discharge standard of the Integrated Sewage Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).The laboratory experience told us that,in winter,the COD removal rate of ASBBR and SBBR can be made to reach 54.79% and 89.10%,whereas the COD share removal rate is expected to reach 59.7% and 40.3% respectively.But in summer,when the temperature is in favor,the COD removal rate of ASBBR and SBBR can be expected to reach 90.26% and 74.44%,whereas the COD share removal rate of them can be made to be as high as 92.6% and 7.4% respectively.Since the ALK of ASBBR remains stable at 3 020 to 3 070 mg/L,3 780 to 4 040 mg/L and 4 190 to 4 250 mg/L respectively,whereas that of VFA would remain stable at 215 to 229 mg/L,52 to 123 mg/L and 76 to 102 mg/L respectively,with their pH value being stable at 7.06 to 7.08,7.32 to 7.55 and 7.43 to 7.49 respectively,which are expected to ensure the efficiency and stability of ASBBR.Then,it was found from SEM,the microbial population in the biofilm of ASBBR in the winter turns(consisting mainly of methanobacteriales and minute Filamentous bacteria) to be smaller.In the contrast to the winter,A
