摘 要:为有效解决畜禽养殖废水有机物的污染问题,采用UASB小试装置处理某猪场养殖废水,考察容积负荷、pH值、温度及回流比等因素对UASB去除有机物效果的影响,并对稳定运行期颗粒污泥的粒径和生物相进行观察。结果表明,UASB能有效去除猪场养殖废水中的有机物,其处理效果与容积负荷、pH值、温度、回流率等因素有关。在容积负荷、pH值、温度、回流率分别为3.68 kg COD/(m3.d)、7.0、35℃和40%的条件下,UASB对COD的去除率稳定在85%左右。厌氧颗粒污泥的形成(颗粒污泥粒径为1.0-2.0mm时,污泥质量占总量的69.56%)及污泥表面丰富的细菌群落为UASB高效的处理效能奠定了基础。The paper is inclined to present the results of our study of the factors influencing COD removal in the pigsty sewage byUASB in hoping to reduce the pollution caused by the organic matters in livestock sewage. Forthis purpose, we have chosen a smal-l scale exper-i mental device of UASB. To be exact, we have investigated all the likely influential factors in this way, such as the volume load, pH value, temperature and reflux ratio, underthe conditions of the inflow COD between 3 070-4 900 mg/L and othertypical operation parameters. As a result of our investigation, we have found that the typical operation parameters tend to change within the range between 3 070 -4 900 mg/L with the volume loads being 2.76 kg COD/(m3.d),3.15 kg COD/( m3.d), 3.68 kg COD/( m3.d), 4.42 kg COD/(m3.d) and 5.52 kg COD/(m3.d) respectively. At the same time,the pH change takes place in the order of 6.5,7.0,7.5, 8.0,8.5 and 9.0, respectively, with the temperature changingwithin the range of 20℃,25℃,30℃,35℃and 40℃respectively, and the reflux ratio changes within the range of 0, 20%, 40%, 60% and 80%. Furthermore, we have investigated in this paperthe size of granular sludge during the stable operation period and optimized the operating parameters and the microscope photographs. The results of our study indicate that it is possible to remove the COD in pigsty sewage effectively by the UASB technique. Furthermore, we have a-l so found that there exists some kind of objective relation between the treating effects and the influential factors, such as volume load, pH value, temperature, reflux ratio, and so on. The study results of ours showthatthe removal efficiency of the COD in the sewage tends to increase firstly and then drop. In a more detailedway, the removal rate of COD turns to be about 85% when the volume load, pH value, temperature and reflux rate are 3.68 kgCOD/(m3.d), 7.0, 35℃ and 40%, respectively.
