摘 要:针对高氨氮质量浓度垃圾渗滤液厌氧预处理过程中氨氮质量浓度对厌氧生物处理活性影响阈值不明确的问题,采用平行试验考察了反应起始氨氮质量浓度对垃圾渗滤液厌氧预处理效能的影响。结果表明,当水温为30℃,负荷为1 kgCOD/(m3.d),反应起始氨氮质量浓度分别为1 600mg/L、1 800mg/L、2000mg/L、2200mg/L和2 500mg/L时,反应器COD平均去除率由85%分别下降为69%、52%、51%、40%和41%,即反应起始氨氮质量浓度为1 600 mg/L、1 800~2 000mg/L、〉2 200mg/L时,分别对COD的去除产生轻度抑制、中度抑制和重度抑制。因此,未经氨氮毒性驯化的厌氧系统能承受的反应起始氨氮质量浓度为2 000mg/L以下。The present paper is engaged in the study of the threshold of the impact of the ammonia nitrogen concentration on the activities of microorganism in anaerobic biological treatment. As is known, the current research findings on the concentration of ammonia nitrogen confirm its function to inhibit the anaerobic biological treatment while defining the threshold value of the ammonia nitrogen with the fifty percent activity of methanogenic bacterium being prohibited, which can be thought of as a reflection of the high concentration ammonia to the biological activity of methanogenic bacterium. According to the research advances both at home and abroad, the threshold of the impact of ammonia concentration on the activity of the anaerobic biolog-i cal treating remains unclear in the process of pretreating landfill leachate with highly concentrated ammonia nitrogen. To make the problem clear, we have made experiments to check the impact of the initial reaction of the ammonia nitrogen concentration on pretreatingthe landfill leachate with anaerobic sequencing batch biofilm reactors (ASBBR). And the purpose of our experiments is to find out onwhat conditions the state of half inhibition would take place. That is to say, what is the exact concentration that may result in the activity of microorganism in anaerobic biological treatment. After a rigorous experimental design, we have conducted trial experiments by using a number of reactors in conducting the parallel experiments. Through monitoring different indicators of all the reactors, we have derived the necessary experimental data and began to analyze them. The results of our experiments show that, under the temperature of 30℃, the affluent organic load should be about 1 kgCOD/(m3.d); and the average removing rate of COD can be reduced from 85% to 69%, to 52%, and then to 51%, 40% and even to 41% on the condition that the initial ammonia nitrogen concentration is adjusted to 1 600 mg/L, 1 800 mg/L, 2 000 mg/L, 2 200 mg/L and 2 500 mg/L.
