摘 要:腐殖化是稳定化污泥作为肥料的重要环节之一。利用污泥干化芦苇床技术对污水处理厂剩余污泥进行生态稳定化处理,经过2 a的污泥负荷和1 a的自然稳定,考察污泥稳定化过程中腐殖质质量分数的变化,以及污泥腐殖化率和腐殖化指数的变化。结果表明:污泥腐殖质质量分数历月变化不大,基本在1.13%~1.74%的范围内,但腐殖质所含胡敏酸由4月的8.4%升高到11月的42.1%,产生了较为稳定的腐殖质成分;总体上污泥的腐殖化率呈上升趋势,表明污泥腐殖质在污泥有机质中所占比例增加,即污泥的矿化程度提高了;污泥腐殖化指数呈明显的历时升高特征,从4月的0.079升高到11月的0.74。研究表明,污泥的腐殖化程度和腐熟度随着污泥稳定化时间的延长而不断提高。The present paper takes as its target the study of the changing humus characteristic features in the process of sewage sludge ecological stabilization. As is known, the sludge reed-drying bed is a kind of relatively new sludge ecological stabilization technology, by which it is possible to transform the stabilized sludge directly into fertilizerwith the key factor being sludge humification. As a matter of fact, the sewage sludge consists of sludge pump, feed tank and reed bed (the size of a reed bed can be 3.0 m×1.0 m×1.3 m). However, longer period is needed to prepare such pollution-free fertilizer. To our knowledge, three years are needed for the total work, that is to say, two years are needed for sludge loading and one year is needed for natural stabilization, with the total 25.2 m3of raw sewage sludge fed into the reed bed during the two years’loading period. In proceedingwith our research, we have investigated the humus substance content, the sludge humic rate and the humic indexes in the process of sludge stabilization. The results of our study reveal that the sludge ecological stabilization has to experience a noticeable transformation process with the contents of carbon, nitrogen and phosphate in the stabilized sludge. However, the total nitrogen and total phosphate in the stabilized sludge tend to decrease with the stabilization time extending, though obvious change may take place in a short period of time, for example in a period of a month or two months, such as the change in a range of 1.13% to 1.74%, butthe situation is quite different for the longer period of time. For example, the humilic acid content tends to increase from 8.4% (April) to 42.1% in the month of November, leading to produce a relatively stable substance.
